THIS WARRANTY IS FOR ALL ANDROID BOXES (PLEASE CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE WARRANTY FOR THE MODEL YOU PURCHASE.)
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE WARRANTY FOR YOUR BOX TO PROTECT YOUR DEVICE FOR UP TO ONE YEAR, PLEASE PURCHASE THIS ITEM WITH YOUR ANDROID BOX AT CHECKOUT. THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IF PURCHASED ON THE SAME DAY AS YOUR ANDROID BOX IS PURCHASED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE CLAIM WITHIN 12 MONTHS.
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS:
Any malfunctions you may experience with your box such as; will not power on, power supply burn, overheating, any internal issues resulting in failure of your device.
WHAT THE WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER:
Dropping your box or cracking the face, misuse or carelessness of the product, spills or liquid damages, remote failure, Dis-assemble, or any other artificial factors to cause the damage of item or accessories are not in the scope of this warranty.
IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
We will first go through a few trouble shooting techniques with our customers to rule out common mistakes that are sometimes overlooked. If the problem is not resolved, we will approve your warranty claim & send you our return address. Once we receive your device, we will repair the unit. If we cannot repair the unit, we will send you a replacement or reimburse you for one. You must have your order number and original box for the unit you are sending back. Your product must be within the one year warranty (counting from the date of purchase),as long as the customer has all items listed above warranty will be granted. You are not eligible to open a claim without these items.
If you send your unit back without approval, we are not responsible for your product. This goes for items with warranty and without warranty. Regarding all claims, you are responsible for shipping your product back to us. Once we evaluate the situation, we either send you a replacement or contact you further regarding this matter. If we receive your item and it does not qualify for a claim, we will notify you by either phone or email. For trouble shooting techniques you can find helpful videos on our YouTube Channel. If you did not purchase warranty, but you need assistance our friendly technicians will assist you with troubleshooting your device. If troubleshooting does not work and you have had your device for more than 14 days, unfortunately we do not accept returns.
